Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Right of return:

“You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs.

Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To make use of this right, you can contact us via verkoop@bunzlaustore.nl.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.”

Exchange product:

“Do you want to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. You can contact verkoop@bunzlaustore.nl for this. However, you will bear the costs for returning the product yourself.”

Incorrect delivery address provided:

“Accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.”
